Working to develop an Edmonton community drug strategy targeting young people up to 24 years of age with emphasis on preventing and reducing the impacts of alcohol and illicit drug use and abuse.
Safedmonton www.edmonton.ca/safedmonton Promotes crime prevention through social development. Provides resources and tools for groups and individuals to make their neighbourhoods a safer place. Also provides referrals and information on needle exchange programs, prostitution and family violence.
Prostitution Awareness and Action Foundation of Edmonton www.paafe.org Works through partnerships to create and pursue strategies to address sexual exploitation and the harms created by prostitution.
