In an effort to provide information to increase understanding of the conditions, dynamics and realities relating to gangs, this page provides access to articles and reports about gangs, resources, tools and services that promote positive youth development and encourage young people to avoid being drawn into gangs. Gangs
Information about the dynamics, conditions, realities surrounding gangs and programs directed toward addressing gangs. An effort has been made to gather information about gangs in Canada but, because existing Canadian research literature on gangs is limited, we have included information from other countries, particularly the United States.
